Dr. Elevich is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences and College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, CA. He received his MS in Biomedical Sciences from the Regis University and his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U CO, Boulder. He received a Humanitarian Award from International College of Dentists and volunteered with CA Care Force, & Colorado Mission of Mercy.

He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Implant Dentistry, American Society of Implants and Reconstructive Dentistry (ASIRD), and American Dental Association.

Dr. Elevich enjoys traveling with his family, mountain biking, swimming, and great Colorado outdoors.
